Players To Watch in Super Bowl XLV
Two more weeks and we’ll all be watching Super Bowl 2011 online or on the big screen. Lucky if you have tickets to the Cowboys Stadium. But in any case, this will really be a big sports event.
But who will be the athletes who will shine that night? Here now are four players we think will make some awesome runs and plays during Super Bowl XLV night.
First, the Steelers safety Troy Polamalu. He is a real force in the league. Someone who can make a flash run to the ball and do the game-winning plays through his solid interceptions, strong tackles and forced fumbles.
Second, Packers QB Aaron Rodgers. He is on a roll this season, making him one of those elite quarterbacks. With six touchdowns to no interceptions, a truly outstanding performance before the NFC Championship Game.
Next, Steelers linebacker James Harrison. Not only does he have 100 tackles this season, but he also has 11 sacks and a couple of interceptions. He is a defensive force to reckon with.
Lastly, but not the least, Packers receiver Greg Jennings. He is one of the best receivers in the league and Rodgers’ most trusted target. He has managed to do over 1,200 yards and 12 touchdowns this season. Add that to the 101 and 130 receiving yards he made when playing against the Atlanta Falcons and Chicago Bears respectively.
