Soy Milk Recipe

As we were browsing for guitar instruction books in Amazon, we got to see some books health books and how to’s. One of them that caught our attention was the abundance of books about soy milk.

We researched online and found that there are many health benefits of soy milk and we can understand why it is popular now. So here’s a little more research we found on how to make soy milk at home.

Soy Milk Recipe

Ingredients: 125 grams of whole soya beans

1. Soak soya beans for at least 10 hours.
2. Remove the hulls of the soya beans.
3. Add 1 liter of water and grind the soya beans.
4. Sieve the mixture in cheese cloth.
5. Heat the soy milk and let boil for 10 minutes.

This soy milk is good for three days.
